Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Pedro Maraman made the kick off and thus started the match. Ruben Harri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Maraman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Ruben Harri came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Anibal Fernendo. But to his dismay, Anibal Fernendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 15th minute, Albino Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Candido Millan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Boca Jr. FC's Ruben Harri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Gamus in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Gaspar Ihazintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Faustino Larra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Dolcet came free, but Candido Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Boca Jr. FC's Christian Guifre got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When Leonides Elizardo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonides Elizardo couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Albino Torres made the kick off in the second half. When Pedro Maraman came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Maraman couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Boca Jr. FC defense, Pedro Maraman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Harri. The Boca Jr. FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Harri should have stopped the shot. Norberto Lehen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Boca Jr. FC defense, Anibal Fernendo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Harri. The Boca Jr. FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Harri should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Boca Jr. FC booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Gamus didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Iztal in the 73rd minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Candido Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Dolcet in the 74th minute of play. When Anibal Fernendo fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo's protests and gave Anibal Fernendo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Boca Jr. FC booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Gamus took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruben Harri. Ruben Harri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Baldomiro Gamus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Luciano Chano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Palermo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
