Ciriaco Jordy came out of the goal and Leonides Elizardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Llavallol FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Anibal Fernendo scored to the left of an out of position Ciriaco Jordy, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Fernendo in the 14th minute of play forced Llavallol FC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Jordy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Farias, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Candido Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Larra in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anibal Fernendo got free with Ciriaco Jordy in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciriaco Jordy was a little too slow when Baldomiro Gamus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 31st minute, Pedro Maraman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palermo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 39th minute, Diego Farias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Llavallol FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

A collision led to Llavallol FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Diego Farias hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Llavallol FC's Placido Roland got a free kick in the 95th minute. Palermo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
