Agustin Abastas was a little too slow when Saturnino Eguzki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Roldanillo in the 22nd minute of play forced Club Atlético La Vía's goalkeeper Ceferino Matia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Atlético La Vía getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Danilo Millano hit a great ball. Gualterio Florinio kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Severo Mercurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Abastas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Valentin Elazar sped through Club Atlético La Vía's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ceferino Matia. With 40 minutes on the clock, Elias Belasko commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When Danilo Millano came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Club Atlético La Vía fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Millano couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Millano came free, but Agustin Abastas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceferino Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Herrera in the 79th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gualterio Florinio during the 82nd minute.
