Seclantas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAN MARTIN F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Seclantas AFC's Gregorio Peio got a free kick in the 24th minute. When Mauro Ordono was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 26 minutes had been played. A collision led to SAN MARTIN F.C. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mauro Ordono hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Ladislao Baristo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Maximiliano Astudillo to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Astudillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute of the match Alvaro Eufrasio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basilio Pepillo skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Roland in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Pepillo saved Seclantas AFC from getting behind. Maximiliano Astudillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Azeari, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Bernardino Ospin charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardino Ospin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Seclantas AFC booed when SAN MARTIN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Ospin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Azeari in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulises Azeari made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Seclantas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Charro to maneuver through the defense. Alonzo Orlan took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Astudillo. Maximiliano Astudillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 61st match minute, Seclantas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Nabar to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Seclantas AFC's zone, Bernardino Ospin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Pepillo came out of the goal and Bernardino Ospin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Orlan in the 64th minute of play forced SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Seclantas AFC booed when SAN MARTIN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Roland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes in the game, Abelardo Roland fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Basilio Pepillo having to interfere. After 87 played minutes SAN MARTIN F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Eufrasio. In the 92nd minute Ladislao Baristo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the SAN MARTIN F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Seclantas AFC.
