Romeo Nafarroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Llorienzo in the 41st minute of the match. Esteve Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chivos's Esteve Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Berenguer in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Llorienzo made a kick off. Romeo Nafarroa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Napier went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute, Emiliano Weather hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Isusko charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Isusko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Chivos booed when TALLERES DE CBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Isusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Mateo Omero sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TALLERES DE CBA's Romeo Nafarroa didn't even have to move. Mariano Palben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Nafarroa having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chivos's zone, Hermengildo Berenguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteve Florinio came out of the goal and Hermengildo Berenguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 played minutes TALLERES DE CBA got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Steven. 70 minutes into the match, Chivos's goalkeeper Esteve Florinio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Weather. Arturo Isusko lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TALLERES DE CBA! The referee gave Chivos a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mateo Omero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TALLERES DE CBA's Romeo Nafarroa. 2-2. After 83 played minutes Chivos got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Rumaldo. TALLERES DE CBA's Albino Nerio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Esteve Florinio but with some difficulty. Teodoro Inko hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. TALLERES DE CBA's Edgardo Cambranes was substituted for Hermengildo Berenguer. Teodoro Inko hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Mariano Palben kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. TALLERES DE CBA's Romeo Nafarroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Llorienzo in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, TALLERES DE CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Llorienzo came free, but Romeo Nafarroa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Nafarroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Palben, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The TALLERES DE CBA players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Chivos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
