With a little luck, CA Trapito's Benedicto Eli got control of the ball when Arnoldo Baleren tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Fidensio during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jairo Fidensio hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jairo Fidensio made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Italia's Jairo Fidensio got a free kick in the 59th minute. Higinio Loramendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Mirande, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to CA Trapito getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Erasmo Guillelmus hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, CA Trapito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tello to maneuver through the defense. Godofredo Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Italia's goalkeeper Higinio Loramendi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, CA Trapito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Guillelmo to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes Italia got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Benat. Dionisio Peruxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes CA Trapito got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Mirande. When the match was over CA Trapito could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Italia throughout the match.
