In the 7th minute, Luisito Chesus sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Perrucho FC's Marciano Hever didn't even have to move. 10 minutes into the match, Perrucho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Ixaka came free, but Marciano Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Hever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Florin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Perrucho FC were furious when Pascual Janpier was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 13 minutes into the game, one of Perrucho FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Lanús a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luisito Chesus, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Perrucho FC's Marciano Hever. 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Luisito Chesus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lanús's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perrucho FC the free kick. After 25 played minutes Lanús got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Chesus. Marciano Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tercero in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match Lanús got a corner. Perrucho FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luisito Chesus ran over to the corner to take the kick. 31 minutes into the match, Perrucho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tercero came free, but Marciano Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Perrucho FC's Eugenio Bertran got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Marciano Hever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tercero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Perrucho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Edur to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the game, Lanús's Gualterio Florin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Hever made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Eulalio Francis struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Filiberto Aguilera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perrucho FC. After the first half Lanús were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Eulalio Francis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Ledesma got free with Marciano Hever in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Delmar Leheren charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmar Leheren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gualterio Florin struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Marciano Hever didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lanús.
