The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Cugat in the 20th minute of play forced DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goalkeeper Silvano Abel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Cugat in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 played minutes DeportivoIndependienteMDP got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Bastiaro. Abelardo Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Silvano Abel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Cugat, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Jonas Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvano Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Cordareo in the 37th minute of the match. Jonas Paul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Gizon having to interfere. The DeportivoIndependienteMDP players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aquilino Rey to strike the kick off in the second half. Samuel Cordareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Cordareo in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvano Abel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 66 played minutes ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Galtero. Uriel Bakar kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Aquilino Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Silvano Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Cugat in the 73rd minute of play. Daniel Tulio hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Alfonso Urbasa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Silvano Abel but with some difficulty. Silvano Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Cordareo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jonas Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, DeportivoIndependienteMDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Jorrin to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Cugat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvano Abel was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
