The audience was convinced that Severino Peli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Terciero was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Albiceleste F.C.'s Osvaldo Terciero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Albiceleste F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Albiceleste F.C. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marco Artal hit a great ball. Severino Peli took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldo Terciero. Osvaldo Terciero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Joaquin Chumo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Jon, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 33 played minutes Albiceleste F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marco Artal. Osvaldo Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Mateo Gaitan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Osvaldo Terciero. Osvaldo Terciero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Albiceleste F.C.'s Osvaldo Terciero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Albiceleste F.C. from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Los Hijos de Doña Beija's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Genaro Beltxe scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Chumo, making the score, 2-1. Osvaldo Terciero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Peli in the 57th minute of the match. Jorge Jon's late challenge caught a Los Hijos de Doña Beija's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalkeeper Joaquin Chumo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fulgencio Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Jorge Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Chumo having to interfere. Albiceleste F.C.'s Osvaldo Terciero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Petri in the 80th minute of play. If Mateo Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Genaro Beltxe came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Albiceleste F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Beltxe couldn't finish the play. Fulgencio Chan struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Osvaldo Terciero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Hijos de Doña Beija. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
