The referee ignored Zielonka Gdansk's protests and gave Igor Plucinik a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zielonka Gdansk getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Igor Plucinik hit a great ball. Bartosz Burdzel hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Igor Plucinik came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Zielonka Gdansk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Plucinik couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Igor Plucinik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Betonowy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, Zielonka Gdansk's Edmund Komornicki made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwan Betonowy was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Walery Budzyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Zielonka Gdansk's Edmund Komornicki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iwan Betonowy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Plucinik in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Betonowy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iwan Betonowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Komornicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Plucinik in the 43rd minute of play forced Młoda Warka's goalkeeper Iwan Betonowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Plucinik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Betonowy having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Dudzik was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Młoda Warka getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Witalis Trzaskoma hit a great ball. Igor Plucinik's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Iwan Betonowy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 62nd minute, Zbyszek Limanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmund Komornicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Plucinik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Betonowy having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmund Komornicki in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iwan Betonowy saved Młoda Warka from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Plucinik in the 81st minute of play forced Młoda Warka's goalkeeper Iwan Betonowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th match minute, Zielonka Gdansk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Plucinik to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Młoda Warka's Witalis Trzaskoma got a free kick in the 90th minute.
