After 3 minutes, Lucjan Madajczyk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE FAVOURITES and the MKS MŁAWA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of MKS MŁAWA booed when THE FAVOURITES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Madajczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Lucjan Madajczyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cyryl Brzonkala. MKS MŁAWA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Madajczyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Krzysztof Dulemba in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cyryl Brzonkala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute Lucjan Madajczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyryl Brzonkala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Adam Barowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS MŁAWA's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Barowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jedrzej Soszka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Iwan Burdalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Ikalewicz got free with Jedrzej Soszka in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ksawery Ikalewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jedrzej Soszka made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ksawery Ikalewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes of play, THE FAVOURITES's Lucjan Madajczyk made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cyryl Brzonkala was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iwan Burdalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jedrzej Soszka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tolek Mochadlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Lucjan Madajczyk notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of MKS MŁAWA's Cyryl Brzonkala. Cyryl Brzonkala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 77th minute, Ksawery Ikalewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78th play minutes Rafal Kowalski shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Cyryl Brzonkala and just under the crossbar into goal. 83 minutes into the game, Artur Furlit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MKS MŁAWA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THE FAVOURITES the free kick. After 88 minutes, Bernard Tipinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MKS MŁAWA and the THE FAVOURITES players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, one of MKS MŁAWA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MKS MŁAWA. The goalkeeper, Cyryl Brzonkala, was totally fooled by THE FAVOURITES's Boruc Cytrynski, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jedrzej Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Furlit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. THE FAVOURITES's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
