Fryderyk Wozniak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Izydor Bilicki came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Zmielone Kotlety FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Izydor Bilicki couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Zmielone Kotlety FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juliusz Marek came free, but Fryderyk Wozniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernard Kieca got free with Fryderyk Wozniak in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zmielone Kotlety FC's Fryderyk Wozniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliusz Marek in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Marek in the 26th minute of play forced Zmielone Kotlety FC's goalkeeper Fryderyk Wozniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Bilicki in the 27th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Lucjan Oborski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernard Kieca charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernard Kieca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 minutes, Juliusz Marek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zagłębie Dąbrowskie and the Zmielone Kotlety FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Juliusz Marek got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Patryk Gendolla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zmielone Kotlety FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zagłębie Dąbrowskie the free kick. In the 34th minute, Patryk Gendolla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fryderyk Wozniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Banas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 39th match minute, Zmielone Kotlety FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wit Kochniarczyk to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Juliusz Marek took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Fryderyk Wozniak to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Izydor Bilicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Piotr Zbikowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 52 minutes into the match. Piotr Zbikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Juliusz Marek notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Zmielone Kotlety FC's Fryderyk Wozniak. Fryderyk Wozniak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Plaski kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Zenon Chmielecki fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zmielone Kotlety FC's protests and gave Zenon Chmielecki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd match minute, Zmielone Kotlety FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenon Chmielecki to maneuver through the defense. After 63 played minutes, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Wawrzyniec Ewertowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fryderyk Wozniak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zagłębie Dąbrowskie reached it. Zmielone Kotlety FC's Fryderyk Wozniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliusz Marek in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Barnaba Banas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Boguslaw Polek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zmielone Kotlety FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zagłębie Dąbrowskie the free kick. Boguslaw Polek hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Fryderyk Wozniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Olejarz in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Juliusz Marek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zbyszek Olejarz took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fryderyk Wozniak. Fryderyk Wozniak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Leon Plaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fryderyk Wozniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Kieca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Zmielone Kotlety FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Banas came free, but Fryderyk Wozniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Juliusz Marek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
