The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Przemyslaw Tyski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joga Bonito's Radomir Bienienda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Przemyslaw Tyski in the 4th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Pietrowski got free with Radomir Bienienda in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sylwester Andrychowski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Klement Sokol kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. STILON GORZÓW's Roland Zalipski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waclaw Marud in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Ludomir Lisewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Zalipski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Radomir Bienienda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Lichniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Waclaw Marud might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roland Zalipski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waclaw Marud ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, STILON GORZÓW's Filip Burufski got a free kick in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Przemyslaw Tyski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. STILON GORZÓW's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joga Bonito the free kick. After 29 played minutes STILON GORZÓW got a freekick which was hit by Przemyslaw Tyski. Roland Zalipski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Marud in the 31st minute of play. STILON GORZÓW's Roland Zalipski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Lisewski in the 32nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wladyslaw Teofila during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of STILON GORZÓW booed when Joga Bonito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Teofila didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Filip Burufski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 minutes of play, STILON GORZÓW's Boleslaw Gdowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radomir Bienienda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonard Lichniak kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Waclaw Marud made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Gdowski came free, but Radomir Bienienda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radomir Bienienda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Pietrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radomir Bienienda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Gdowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 78th minute, Joga Bonito's Marcin Wallach seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marcin Wallach the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Joga Bonito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marcin Wallach had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 78th minute, one of Joga Bonito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Joga Bonito. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for STILON GORZÓW. Grzegorz Furlit stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Radomir Bienienda. 2-2. In the 87th minute, Waclaw Marud reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roland Zalipski. The goal made the score 2-3. In the 90th minute Waclaw Marud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Zalipski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, STILON GORZÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Marud came free, but Roland Zalipski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Zalipski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waclaw Marud went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. The Joga Bonito supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Joga Bonito would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
