The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Witomir Mierzejewski hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute Alfred Falkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Bochinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Queens of Lublin booed when Fc Aroosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Treppa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zygmunt Jandryca took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugon Spychalski. Hugon Spychalski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maciej Majewski in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugon Spychalski saved Queens of Lublin from getting behind. Maciej Majewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugon Spychalski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maciej Majewski ran back to his position shaking his head. Hugon Spychalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Majewski in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Cezary Tscherner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Norbert Treppa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugon Spychalski skillfully saved the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Witomir Mierzejewski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fc Aroosos's Andrzej Bochinski. Andrzej Bochinski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fc Aroosos's Andrzej Bochinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Falkiewicz in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Fc Aroosos got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Jandryca. In the 25th minute, Queens of Lublin's Witomir Mierzejewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andrzej Bochinski. Andrzej Bochinski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 29th minute, Lucjan Raschke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugon Spychalski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After 35 played minutes Queens of Lublin got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Tscherner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Raschke in the 36th minute of play forced Queens of Lublin's goalkeeper Hugon Spychalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norbert Treppa struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Hugon Spychalski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Aroosos. Queens of Lublin's Hugon Spychalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Raschke in the 40th minute of play. Hugon Spychalski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucjan Raschke's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Falkiewicz came free, but Andrzej Bochinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfred Falkiewicz in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrzej Bochinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugon Spychalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Rasialdo in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Hugon Spychalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Raschke in the 51st minute of play. Cezary Tscherner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrzej Bochinski having to make a save. A collision led to Fc Aroosos getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Witold Wierzcholek hit a great ball. The Queens of Lublin fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Queens of Lublin's Alfred Falkiewicz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Witomir Mierzejewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Witomir Mierzejewski during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Queens of Lublin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witomir Mierzejewski to maneuver through the defense. Queens of Lublin's Hugon Spychalski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Queens of Lublin from getting a goal against them. Andrzej Bochinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Falkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Sylwester Ciszewski's late challenge caught a Fc Aroosos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sylwester Ciszewski helped the player get up and apologised. Fc Aroosos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
