The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Gdowik got free with Emil Kaznocha in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerzy Dunajski scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Kaznocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Roland Giertych made a precise shot to the right of Waclaw Zielinski. ATLAS Mysłowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Roland Giertych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Gieraltowski in the 36th minute of play forced ATLAS Mysłowice's goalkeeper Waclaw Zielinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerzy Dunajski was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the ATLAS Mysłowice defense, Kajetan Gieraltowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waclaw Zielinski. Leeds Kraków F.C.'s Emil Kaznocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Wicherek in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match ATLAS Mysłowice got a corner. Leeds Kraków F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jerzy Dunajski ran over to the corner to take the kick. ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerzy Dunajski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emil Kaznocha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 72nd minute Roland Giertych suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Iwan Nowak charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iwan Nowak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iwan Nowak kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. When Patryk Jurgiel fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLAS Mysłowice's protests and gave Patryk Jurgiel a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes ATLAS Mysłowice got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Jurgiel. Izydor Banaszak succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 77th playminute. Izydor Banaszak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waclaw Zielinski having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, Leeds Kraków F.C.'s Florian Mojsiewicz made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waclaw Zielinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Leeds Kraków F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ATLAS Mysłowice.
