The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Wincenty Tepper put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Wariatów Kupa a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marek Wos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Catalonia's Michal Brudnicki. 0-1. A collision led to FC Catalonia getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Olgierd Wolczewski hit a great ball. Bartosz Winnicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Roch Sniegowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofil Pietrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Winnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The wind increased when Bartosz Winnicki made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes FC Catalonia got a freekick which was hit by Roch Sniegowski. Michal Brudnicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Marosz in the 54th minute of play. If Bartosz Winnicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 71 in the game by Jurand Marosz from a close distance when the talented Michal Brudnicki managed to make a qualified save. FC Catalonia's players were relieved. Michal Brudnicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patryk Bartelak in the 74th minute. Bartosz Winnicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Wariatów Kupa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Catalonia.
