Fryderyk Czysta hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Wrocanka booed when Baboszewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Plaski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Baboszewo's zone, Bernard Gerlach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Mroczynski came out of the goal and Bernard Gerlach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zenon Dranka hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Robert Michalski kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Roman Mroczynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulryk Hatman in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Zachariasz Wodaszak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baboszewo's Roman Mroczynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Hatman in the 54th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Ulryk Hatman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baboszewo's Roman Mroczynski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
