After 21 played minutes Faker FC got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Czapski. Jedrzej Pleban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Okropny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stasio Piekarczyk in the 24th minute of the match. Leon Okropny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Piekarczyk in the 27th minute of play. Robert Giec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Mikolaj Bubczyk made a huge save. In the 37th minute Zygmunt Bondel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Okropny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Bogumil Smolarek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Okropny. Żuberia United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogumil Smolarek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogumil Smolarek in the 44th minute of play forced Żuberia United's goalkeeper Leon Okropny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Okropny came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Faker FC's Bogumil Smolarek. But to his dismay, Bogumil Smolarek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After the first half Faker FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Żuberia United's goalkeeper Leon Okropny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mikolaj Bubczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Slazak in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Robert Giec made a precise shot to the right of Mikolaj Bubczyk. Faker FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Stasio Piekarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Okropny having to interfere. When Czeslaw Marajda fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Żuberia United's protests and gave Czeslaw Marajda a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Faker FC booed when Żuberia United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Czeslaw Marajda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Żuberia United's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Bondel came free, but Leon Okropny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Faker FC booed when Żuberia United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Slazak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogumil Smolarek kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The Faker FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
