An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Rozanski in the 35th minute of play forced ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s goalkeeper Hugon Kapelski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Yelonki's Arkadiusz Rozanski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugon Kapelski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★ booed when Yelonki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobiasz Tamulewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Yelonki were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
