The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ulryk Plucinik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Furtok in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, KS Ruch Chorzów's Boleslaw Chlapowski got control of the ball when Radowit Czajka tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Boguslaw Napierkowski fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TOP-STAKES's protests and gave Boguslaw Napierkowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Boguslaw Napierkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, TOP-STAKES's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Kornatowski came free, but Ulryk Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaroslaw Furtok took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulryk Plucinik. Ulryk Plucinik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ulryk Plucinik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Kornatowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TOP-STAKES's Ulryk Plucinik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Kornatowski in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to TOP-STAKES getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Grzegorz Czubski hit a great ball. Grzegorz Czubski hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ulryk Plucinik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Kornatowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 29th minute, Karol Kornatowski made a precise shot to the right of Ulryk Plucinik. TOP-STAKES's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 37 minutes of play, KS Ruch Chorzów's Karol Kornatowski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulryk Plucinik was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, TOP-STAKES's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Furtok came free, but Ulryk Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to KS Ruch Chorzów getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Gilbert Kissel hit a great ball. Wlodzimierz Furgat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Boleslaw Chlapowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The TOP-STAKES players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KS Ruch Chorzów were winning 0-3.

Zachariasz Tomaszewski, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 56th minute, Gilbert Kissel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the game, Teobald Dyczkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ulryk Plucinik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Radowit Czajka charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radowit Czajka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes TOP-STAKES got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Czajka. The corner ended in Jaroslaw Furtok almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TOP-STAKES's Ulryk Plucinik did a great save. 67 minutes into the match, TOP-STAKES's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Furtok came free, but Ulryk Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulryk Plucinik was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Jaroslaw Furtok capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jaroslaw Furtok really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Jaroslaw Furtok scored 0-6 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulryk Plucinik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Ulryk Plucinik managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when KS Ruch Chorzów's Karol Kornatowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 79 minutes, Grzegorz Czubski made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. KS Ruch Chorzów's Boleslaw Chlapowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 91 played minutes KS Ruch Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Wladyslaw Zdrojewski. Zachariasz Tomaszewski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boleslaw Chlapowski. KS Ruch Chorzów's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gilbert Kissel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TOP-STAKES's Ulryk Plucinik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save TOP-STAKES from getting a goal against them. When the match was over KS Ruch Chorzów could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than TOP-STAKES throughout the match.
