The supporters of FC Hyklerne booed when Monks in Robes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Harvej didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claes Harvej's late challenge caught a FC Hyklerne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claes Harvej helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Claes Harvej. Kay Christian made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Jørg Mojsen sent off a good shot on target. Jann Søtrup's late challenge caught a Monks in Robes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jann Søtrup helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Palmekrone in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Hyklerne's goalkeeper Hasan Bræmdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulrick Bødkerholm during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Monks in Robes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrick Bødkerholm to maneuver through the defense. Hasan Bræmdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Palmekrone in the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Palmekrone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hasan Bræmdal. FC Hyklerne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vilhelm Palmekrone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 43rd minute Ivan Kongsvang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Bræmdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Monks in Robes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesus Sauna made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Palmekrone recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hasan Bræmdal. Vilhelm Palmekrone showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Gynther Danfords short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Hasan Bræmdal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gynther Danford got free with Hasan Bræmdal in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Monks in Robes's Hasan Bræmdal threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Folmar Skårstad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jørg Mojsen hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Hasan Bræmdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilhelm Palmekrone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hasan Bræmdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Palmekrone in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th match minute, FC Hyklerne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jørg Mojsen to maneuver through the defense. Vilhelm Palmekrone succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. After a rather tough play, Monks in Robes's Pierre Arnfjord got a free kick in the 80th minute. Jørg Mojsen charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jørg Mojsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Jesus Sauna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC Hyklerne's Jørg Mojsen got a free kick in the 88th minute. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Folmar Skårstad took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Hasan Bræmdal to make any attempt to save it. 95 minutes into the match, FC Hyklerne's goalkeeper Hasan Bræmdal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gynther Danford. Monks in Robes played a much better game than FC Hyklerne and deserved their victory. The FC Hyklerne players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
