After a rather tough play, Darkwing Ducks's Mauritz Tolsing got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Pheonix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnfred Gerbom to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Niko Nøigaard notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pheonix FC's Hagbart Drentborg. Hagbart Drentborg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute, Niko Nøigaard made a precise shot to the right of Hagbart Drentborg. Pheonix FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 37th match minute, Pheonix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Ellert to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Thernøe in the 40th minute of play forced Darkwing Ducks's goalkeeper Arthur Kement to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th match minute, Darkwing Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niko Nøigaard to maneuver through the defense. Darkwing Ducks's Arthur Kement proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Darkwing Ducks from getting a goal against them.

Arnfred Gerbom scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arthur Kement, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Nordhald kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnfred Gerbom in the 59th minute of play forced Darkwing Ducks's goalkeeper Arthur Kement to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Pheonix FC's Leo Milandt got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Darkwing Ducks's Niko Nøigaard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hagbart Drentborg. That made the score 1-3 after 65 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Niko Nøigaard took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Hagbart Drentborg to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Pheonix FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Leo Milandt hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauritz Tolsing got free with Hagbart Drentborg in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Pheonix FC booed when Darkwing Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Schnidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Arnfred Gerbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pheonix FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnfred Gerbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Kement breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Pheonix FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Darkwing Ducks were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
