Richard Ilving was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute, Arnfred Gerbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of Stevnstrup booed when Pheonix FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Milandt didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Pheonix FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hagbart Drentborg should have stopped the shot. The Stevnstrup support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
