When Moritz Hallbjørnsson came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Victory F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moritz Hallbjørnsson couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Nordvest Fodbold defense, Heine Ratting kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ewald Dynes. The Nordvest Fodbold fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ewald Dynes should have stopped the shot. Heine Ratting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heine Ratting in the 15th minute of play forced Nordvest Fodbold's goalkeeper Ewald Dynes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ewald Dynes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heine Ratting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Runar Koitzsch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lasse Hensing having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Nordhavn got free with Lasse Hensing in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Heine Ratting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ewald Dynes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Nordhavn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Lasse Hensing made a huge save. Moritz Hallbjørnsson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute Runar Koitzsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lasse Hensing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Runar Koitzsch came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Nordvest Fodbold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Runar Koitzsch couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Nordhavn was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Victory F.C.'s zone, Rudy Vodder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lasse Hensing came out of the goal and Rudy Vodder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lasse Hensing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Nordhavn, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Nicolas Nordhavn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nordvest Fodbold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Nordhavn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Axel Løvbæk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nicolas Nordhavn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nicolas Nordhavn came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Nordvest Fodbold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Nordhavn couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Heine Ratting hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Runar Koitzsch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nicolas Nordhavn came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Nordvest Fodbold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Nordhavn couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Nordhavn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lasse Hensing having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victory F.C.'s goalkeeper Lasse Hensing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ewald Dynes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Victory F.C.'s Moritz Hallbjørnsson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Victory F.C. were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Nordvest Fodbold's much stronger midfield.
