Zakhar Dolotko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spike Moyse, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Zakhar Dolotko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martyn Markham in the 10th minute. The supporters of Real Madryt booed when Valencia C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Ricketts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zackary Jenkins made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Vinnie Musgrove. In the 13th minute, Nazariy Lyubar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zakhar Dolotko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Ricketts in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Leon Ricketts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zakhar Dolotko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Martyn Markham recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zakhar Dolotko. Martyn Markham showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Zakhar Dolotko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Spike Moyse in the 30th minute of the match. Valentyn Datsenko kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Martyn Markham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valencia C.F.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Martyn Markham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Real Madryt's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Ricketts came free, but Zakhar Dolotko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Martyn Markham notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Real Madryt's Zakhar Dolotko. Zakhar Dolotko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valencia C.F. made a substitution. Brandon Armstrong replaced Martyn Markham.

The wind increased when Bogdan Shkred made the kick off in the second half. Vinnie Musgrove made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kristopher Kellaway. Wesley Kerr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Shkred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match Real Madryt got a corner. Valencia C.F.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olexandr Turetskyi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Bogdan Shkred got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wesley Kerr quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 65 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goalkeeper Wesley Kerr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Shkred. After 76 played minutes Real Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Valentyn Datsenko. 79 minutes into the match, Real Madryt's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Ricketts came free, but Zakhar Dolotko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vyacheslav Reva fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Madryt's protests and gave Vyacheslav Reva a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Real Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Vyacheslav Reva. Gavrylo Pryadko kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brandon Armstrong in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zakhar Dolotko saved Real Madryt from getting behind. In the 92nd match minute, Real Madryt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaroslav Shybko to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the game, Valencia C.F.'s Brandon Armstrong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zakhar Dolotko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Marko Svintsitskyi kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Donald Marshall was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Valencia C.F. had played much better football throughout.
