But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Okan Wagner couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the game, José Büchel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erzen Sadikllari. José Büchel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. José Büchel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Erzen Sadikllari when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, K.F TIRANA's Vionis Spahiu got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 14th play minutes José Büchel shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Erzen Sadikllari and just under the crossbar into goal. Yves Schädler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Erzen Sadikllari made a huge save. José Büchel in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erzen Sadikllari, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. José Büchel had several of the K.F TIRANA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Erzen Sadikllari as he didn't even see the shot coming. Yves Schädler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erzen Sadikllari having to interfere. In the 26th minute Jashar Pogradecari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulrich Haas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, K.F TIRANA's Erzen Sadikllari got control of the ball when José Büchel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes in the game, Rinaldo Frommelt fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Erzen Sadikllari having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Jashar Pogradecari had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulrich Haas. Borussia Dortmund's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jashar Pogradecari was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. K.F TIRANA's Erzen Sadikllari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save K.F TIRANA from getting a goal against them. José Büchel in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erzen Sadikllari, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kozma Kurti kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. José Büchels short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Erzen Sadikllari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Erzen Sadikllari was a little too slow when José Büchel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when José Büchel made the kick off in the second half. Muhammet Cakir kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Erzen Sadikllari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Büchel in the 58th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, José Büchel put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Erzen Sadikllari. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vionis Spahiu got free with Ulrich Haas in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 70th minute of the match Yves Schädler completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yves Schädler a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Borussia Dortmund getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Yves Schädler hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jashar Pogradecari in the 72nd minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Ulrich Haas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Ulrich Haas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vionis Spahiu. Borussia Dortmund's José Büchel got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. K.F TIRANA's Erzen Sadikllari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Büchel in the 94th minute of play.
