FC NATIONAL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prishtina FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC NATIONAL's Thanos Gomatos got a free kick in the 11th minute. Aris Stasinopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vlash Lame, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Menios Proussalidi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Labinot Çelaj left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prishtina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Sotir Pema cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Aris Stasinopoulos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Prishtina FC defense, Laios Kakavetsis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavli Dushku. The Prishtina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavli Dushku should have stopped the shot. Aris Stasinopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sotir Pema, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to FC NATIONAL getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nicias Spyridis hit a great ball. After the first half Prishtina FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Marius Nicolae made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Prishtina FC's Mevlan Jusufi got a free kick in the 51st minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC NATIONAL's Menios Proussalidi tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC NATIONAL booed when Prishtina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Labinot Çelaj didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Laios Kakavetsis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Pavli Dushku was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Likymnios Agelakos hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. FC NATIONAL's Aris Stasinopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mevlan Jusufi in the 62nd minute of play. Troizen Mavromichalis hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Valon Laraku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prishtina FC's Pavli Dushku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicias Spyridis in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicias Spyridis in the 79th minute of play forced Prishtina FC's goalkeeper Pavli Dushku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC NATIONAL's Aris Stasinopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlash Lame in the 81st minute of play. Aris Stasinopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valon Laraku in the 84th minute. The supporters of Prishtina FC booed when FC NATIONAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laios Kakavetsis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valon Laraku succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-7. The FC NATIONAL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Prishtina FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
