Anton Grimalschi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sólbjörn Guðnason went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihai Briceag in the 7th minute. After 10 minutes, Vlad Juravschi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC Puturoasa and the Æsir Ásgarðr players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes UFC Puturoasa got a freekick which was hit by Vlad Juravschi. Rudolf Ármannsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugen Bumbu hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Mathías Oddsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Anton Grimalschi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruslan Blanari struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UFC Puturoasa. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eugen Bumbu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. Mórits Hamarsson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Mihai Briceag could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Skarphéðinn Ormarsson made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Ruslan Pânzaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. From a short distance, UFC Puturoasa's Ruslan Pânzaru, in the 41st minute, tried to place the ball behind Skarphéðinn Ormarsson, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Spãtaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Mathías Oddsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Æsir Ásgarðr's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathías Oddsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Grimalschi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sólbjörn Guðnason made a kick off. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihai Briceag, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Hafbergsson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to UFC Puturoasa getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Pavel Spãtaru hit a great ball. UFC Puturoasa's Anton Grimalschi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save UFC Puturoasa from getting a goal against them. Æsir Ásgarðr's Skarphéðinn Ormarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Briceag in the 59th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sólbjörn Guðnason got free with Anton Grimalschi in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute Mihai Briceag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Skarphéðinn Ormarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihai Briceag, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihai Briceag in the 68th minute of play forced Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Skarphéðinn Ormarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Æsir Ásgarðr booed when UFC Puturoasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Juravschi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Mihai Briceag cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the match, Mihai Briceag notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Æsir Ásgarðr's Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sandu Botnaru kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Æsir Ásgarðr's Skarphéðinn Ormarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Spãtaru in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Pavel Spãtaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Spãtaru in the 95th minute of play forced Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Skarphéðinn Ormarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the UFC Puturoasa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
