Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) Leones FC's Ponce Perero started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leones FC's Hector Uranga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Osorio in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Penuel Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Munio Larrieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Jorge Rojas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Penuel Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Rojas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute Niceto Ovalle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Uranga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Penuel Football Club's Eron Reguer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Penuel Football Club from getting a goal against them. Nicollao Ovies could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Eron Reguer made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Xabel Oquerruri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Uranga came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Penuel Football Club's Ramos Cuyar. But to his dismay, Ramos Cuyar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hector Uranga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Munio Larrieta in the 35th minute of the match. Hector Uranga came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Penuel Football Club's Munio Larrieta. But to his dismay, Munio Larrieta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramos Cuyar was the one to do the kick off. Jorge Rojas hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Hector Uranga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramos Cuyar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Ovalle in the 62nd minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Hector Uranga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leones FC's Hector Uranga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramos Cuyar in the 67th minute of play. Hector Uranga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Ovalle, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Leones FC's Hector Uranga got control of the ball when Jorge Rojas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Crescencio Mendiguren's late challenge caught a Penuel Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Crescencio Mendiguren helped the player get up and apologised. Crescencio Mendiguren kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Danel Ayllon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Penuel Football Club's Veronica Vielva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hector Uranga. Hector Uranga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After 83 played minutes Penuel Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Danel Ayllon. When Diego Osorio fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penuel Football Club's protests and gave Diego Osorio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Penuel Football Club's Diego Osorio got a free kick in the 84th minute. Ramos Cuyar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Hector Uranga made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Crescencio Mendiguren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Uranga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramos Cuyar went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Hector Uranga was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Veronica Vielva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Veronica Vielva really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Penuel Football Club played a much better game than Leones FC and deserved their victory. The Leones FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
