MILLONARIOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM the free kick. Devis Vásquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM. After a defensive mix-up in BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's zone, Zoil Pardelas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurendi Astiategui came out of the goal and Zoil Pardelas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Romildo Varsana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvarez Corono in the 30th minute of play forced BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper Laurendi Astiategui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, MILLONARIOS FC's Laurendi Astiategui threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alvarez Corono, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Loren Iriarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laurendi Astiategui was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, Claudio Benitua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Devis Vásquez. MILLONARIOS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Benitua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as MILLONARIOS FC's Loren Iriarte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laurendi Astiategui. That made the score 2-1 after 37 minutes of play. Laurendi Astiategui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loren Iriarte in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Demesio Azcarate to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to MILLONARIOS FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Loren Iriarte hit a great ball. In the 56th match minute, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Benitua to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loren Iriarte in the 63rd minute of play forced BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper Laurendi Astiategui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvarez Corono in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laurendi Astiategui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute Loren Iriarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurendi Astiategui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Loren Iriarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Laurendi Astiategui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laurendi Astiategui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loren Iriarte in the 94th minute of the match. Zoil Pardelas took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laurendi Astiategui. Laurendi Astiategui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. MILLONARIOS FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
