Ximenes Lomelin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Fútbol Club Insaar booed when OROTINENSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Oviedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urko Herencia kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fútbol Club Insaar's Lisandro Ganado got a free kick in the 27th minute. Israel Contreras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urko Herencia, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Martxot Alderete took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Israel Contreras to make any attempt to save it. OROTINENSE's Israel Contreras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urko Herencia in the 74th minute of play. Israel Contreras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urko Herencia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Urko Herencia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Contreras. OROTINENSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urko Herencia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Israel Contreras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martxot Alderete, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fraco Tovilleja in the 89th minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Israel Contreras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Jarquin hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Fraco Tovilleja made a precise shot to the right of Israel Contreras. OROTINENSE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Epifanio Bodon was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the OROTINENSE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fútbol Club Insaar.
