Greivin Soto hit a great ball. Orlando Cordoba lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 10th match minute, SAPRIMECKBEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Cordoba to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Chunche Portuguez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Reynaldo Huetar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christobal Riazos's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Celso Morales charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celso Morales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Celso Morales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reynaldo Huetar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christobal Riazos in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Nardo Casaviella cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Reynaldo Huetar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Christobal Riazos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Huetar was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frantxizko Millares in the 42nd minute of play forced SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Reynaldo Huetar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan booed when SAPRIMECKBEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Lozano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the SAPRIMECKBEL defense, Christobal Riazos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Huetar. The SAPRIMECKBEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Huetar should have stopped the shot. After the first half Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Lozano made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Lonzo Trincado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reynaldo Huetar. That made the score 0-3 in the 53 minute of play. In the 56th match minute, SAPRIMECKBEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Lozano to maneuver through the defense. After 58 played minutes SAPRIMECKBEL got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Lankaster. The supporters of SAPRIMECKBEL booed when Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niolaao Cigüenza didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Lozano in the 63rd minute of play forced Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Fernando Collantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SAPRIMECKBEL were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mario Mesa took the corner. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Fernando Collantes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chunche Portuguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fernando Collantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fabio Lozano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goal looked a bit too open when Christobal Riazos came free, but Reynaldo Huetar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, SAPRIMECKBEL's Fabio Lozano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Collantes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When Lonzo Trincado fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's protests and gave Lonzo Trincado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute of the match Mario Mesa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Collantes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chunche Portuguez struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Fernando Collantes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAPRIMECKBEL. If Fabio Lozano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan played a much better game than SAPRIMECKBEL and deserved their victory. The SAPRIMECKBEL players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
