The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reinaldo Murillo during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Flamengo de San Blás's Edgardo Murillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Flamengo de San Blás from getting a goal against them. After 93 minutes, Wiliam Gómez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flamengo de San Blás and the Deportivo Empate players grew even worse after the yellow card.
