No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leobardo Barroiz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eufrasio Cotera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Arano Uncal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leobardo Barroiz in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arano Uncal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute of the match, Azeari Bengoechea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lixandro Carbo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
