Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aurre Belorado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Baiardo Combarros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reiner Luna went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Villafranca in the 9th minute of play forced Caaguazu's goalkeeper Baiardo Combarros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baiardo Combarros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Villafranca in the 16th minute of the match. Otsando Oterino hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Caaguazu's Alfredo Caneda was substituted for Dagoberto Alcalde. Otsando Oterino kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, CS La Libertad's Jonny Villafranca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baiardo Combarros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Baiardo Combarros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Villafranca in the 22nd minute of play. Baiardo Combarros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Villafranca in the 32nd minute of the match. A well done corner resulted in Adalberto Guevara drilling the ball in to score 0-3 behind Caaguazu's goalkeeper. Baiardo Combarros came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by CS La Libertad's Reiner Luna. But to his dismay, Reiner Luna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Baiardo Combarros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Villafranca, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Manfred Ugalde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

After 51 played minutes Caaguazu got a freekick which was hit by Felix Olloa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilmer Murillo in the 52nd minute of play forced Caaguazu's goalkeeper Baiardo Combarros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes, Berny Saborio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CS La Libertad and the Caaguazu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CS La Libertad's Berny Saborio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Manfred Ugalde scored 0-5 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baiardo Combarros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Olloa during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CS La Libertad booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Olloa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caaguazu's Baiardo Combarros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonny Villafranca in the 59th minute of play. Uriel Herrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valente Nieva in the 65th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, CS La Libertad's Baiardo Combarros threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Reiner Luna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Baiardo Combarros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herberto Sancho in the 83rd minute of play. Jonny Villafranca hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded CS La Libertad left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Caaguazu.
