Emiliano De Diego hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Calderón in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Dely saved Frente Revolucionario F.C from getting behind. Pablo Arauz came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Frente Revolucionario F.C's Alexis Morales. But to his dismay, Alexis Morales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexis Morales came free, but Pablo Arauz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Wiliam Garcia De Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Dely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Quirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Arauz was a little too slow when Alexander Posam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save ORION F.C. from getting a goal against them. ORION F.C.'s Cesar Ríos got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ORION F.C.'s Juan Briceño got a free kick in the 40th minute. Franklin Chavez kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Espino in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Posam in the 57th minute of play forced ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Pablo Arauz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Arauz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Lozano, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The supporters of Frente Revolucionario F.C booed when ORION F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano De Diego didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, one of ORION F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ORION F.C.. 77 minutes into the match, Mario Garcia De Paredes notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz. Pablo Arauz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pablo Arauz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Espino in the 80th minute of play. Emiliano De Diego kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. ORION F.C.'s Pablo Arauz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Espino in the 90th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Frente Revolucionario F.C fully deserved thier win.
