Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurdan Rocandio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorien Salcines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Timoteo Alderete fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alfonso Ugarte's protests and gave Timoteo Alderete a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Alfonso Ugarte got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Alderete. Lorien Salcines was a little too slow when Jurdan Rocandio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 3-0. 28 minutes into the match, Alfonso Ugarte's goal looked a bit too open when Jurdan Rocandio came free, but Lorien Salcines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Jurdan Rocandio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorien Salcines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorien Salcines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurdan Rocandio, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tancredo Hornilla in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorien Salcines saved Alfonso Ugarte from getting behind. In the 39th minute Valentin Xixons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Freixes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorien Salcines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Toraya in the 41st minute of play. Lorien Salcines made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Tancredo Hornilla sent off a good shot on target. In the 48th minute of the match, Jurdan Rocandio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lorien Salcines saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tancredo Hornilla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alfonso Ugarte's Lorien Salcines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Deco in the 52nd minute of play. Jurdan Rocandio took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorien Salcines. Lorien Salcines dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 62 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalkeeper Tiago Freixes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Xixons. Cordera Labra kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Lorien Salcines didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bakar Heneses went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the match, Tancredo Hornilla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorien Salcines. Alfonso Ugarte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tancredo Hornilla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. If Tancredo Hornilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorien Salcines was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
