Jonny Elizondo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mantzio Porlier. Claretiano FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elton Tolaba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Ibaute in the 6th minute of the match. Lino Berrahondo lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 8th minute, Lino Berrahondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes Claretiano FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonny Elizondo who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to CD SHETTANI getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Victor Villalobos hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Urquiola during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CD SHETTANI booed when Claretiano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Urquiola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keilor Volio succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Diego Sibaja kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Vincent Ibaute was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Kaiet Rivera made a precise shot to the right of Elton Tolaba. CD SHETTANI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Hodei Espindola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Yossi Clavo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Mantzio Porlier to make any attempt to save it. Mantzio Porlier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yossi Clavo in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dantae Prat to make the kick off. Claretiano FC's Mantzio Porlier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernie Sanabria in the 55th minute of play. Elton Tolaba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaiet Rivera in the 57th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Keilor Volio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mantzio Porlier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Elton Tolaba managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Claretiano FC's Kaiet Rivera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victor Villalobos kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Mantzio Porlier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernie Sanabria in the 70th minute of play. Elton Tolaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaiet Rivera in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hodei Espindola got free with Elton Tolaba in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, CD SHETTANI's Fabio Osorio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabio Osorio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CD SHETTANI protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabio Osorio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 73rd minute, one of CD SHETTANI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CD SHETTANI. When the match had been going on for 75 minutes, Claretiano FC's Vincent Ibaute got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elton Tolaba. Elton Tolaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaiet Rivera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th match minute, CD SHETTANI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maikol Matute to maneuver through the defense. Dantae Prats short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Elton Tolaba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Victor Villalobos kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
