Anchel Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Solana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vito Erosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Juan-Carlos Quintas made a huge save. Vito Erosa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juan-Carlos Quintas firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 80th minute Domingo Solana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anchel Ferrer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. One of Vetusta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HORTALEZA FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Juan-Carlos Quintas, was totally fooled by HORTALEZA FC's Eduino Treviño, who 96 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. HORTALEZA FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
