The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnin Font during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cuatrodeocho made a substitution. Alfons Morales replaced Uriel Zubiaga. The supporters of Cuatrodeocho booed when C.F Intercity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnin Font didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jokin Marques didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cuatrodeocho's Vergaray Echeto shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Quinito Cifuentes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Rodriguez in the 17th minute of the match. After some careless play in the C.F Intercity defense, Vergaray Echeto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jokin Marques. The C.F Intercity fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jokin Marques should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Rodriguez came free, but Quinito Cifuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Cuatrodeocho's Vergaray Echeto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jokin Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 32nd minute, Marcial Tarin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcial Tarin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jokin Marques firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jokin Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Morales, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Cuatrodeocho's Quinito Cifuentes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Rodriguez in the 46th minute of play. Allande Fuente's late challenge caught a C.F Intercity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Allande Fuente helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Cuatrodeocho got a freekick which was hit by Allande Fuente. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 61 played minutes Cuatrodeocho got a freekick which was hit by Allande Fuente. 70 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Clemencin Barro came free, but Quinito Cifuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, C.F Intercity's goal looked a bit too open when Vergaray Echeto came free, but Jokin Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 played minutes C.F Intercity got a freekick which was hit by Clemencin Barro. Vergaray Echeto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jokin Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Tarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jokin Marques having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C.F Intercity's Quilino Villar got a free kick in the 94th minute. Cuatrodeocho's Austin Urbina got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Cuatrodeocho players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
