Leonardo Romani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Roig in the 11th minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xulian Barberá in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Dalmai Sirvent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Romani. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmai Sirvent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 26th match minute, Sperides was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etxeberri Jimenez to maneuver through the defense. After 38 minutes, Aurelio Roig made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Juan Castillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Romani came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Sperides's Aurelio Roig. But to his dismay, Aurelio Roig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Roig to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Aurelio Roig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Romani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hechter Cabrera got free with Leonardo Romani in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Indalecio Morcego hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 64 minutes of play, Sperides's Aurelio Roig made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Romani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Deportivo O IRIXO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Xulian Barberá scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Romani, making the score, 0-8. A collision led to Sperides getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bardo Villalcazar hit a great ball. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Hechter Cabrera scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Romani, making the score, 0-10. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Hechter Cabrera took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Leonardo Romani to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Club Deportivo O IRIXO booed when Sperides was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dabi Casals didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Pello Cameno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Club Deportivo O IRIXO fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sperides were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
