Burni Justo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quilo Bartumeu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Melchor Griego charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Griego the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, April 25 SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Griego to maneuver through the defense. After 14 minutes of play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Bladi Lama made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quilo Bartumeu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the last second Quilo Bartumeu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Burni Justo in the 17thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Quilo Bartumeu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burni Justo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 played minutes Real Club Celta de Vigo got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Blanco. Quilo Bartumeu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burni Justo in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to April 25 SC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pelayo Camacho hit a great ball. Cristo Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurgain Lama in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melchor Griego made a kick off. April 25 SC's Quilo Bartumeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Santander in the 55th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Burni Justo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Club Celta de Vigo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave April 25 SC the free kick. The supporters of April 25 SC booed when Real Club Celta de Vigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burni Justo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julen Planes hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Quilo Bartumeu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Santander, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Burni Justo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quilo Bartumeu. April 25 SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Burni Justo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Burni Justo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Quilo Bartumeu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to April 25 SC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Melchor Griego hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Alvar Blanco made a precise shot to the right of Quilo Bartumeu. April 25 SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 87 minutes into the match, Bladi Lama had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quilo Bartumeu. April 25 SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bladi Lama was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 95th minute, Burni Justo made a precise shot to the right of Quilo Bartumeu. April 25 SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Real Club Celta de Vigo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
