The crowd rose to their feet as Cordairo Torrente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xabel Beloki. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 9th minute, Cordairo Torrente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Xabel Beloki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordairo Torrente in the 9th minute of play. A hard shot 9 in the game by Cordairo Torrente from a close distance when the talented Xabel Beloki managed to make a qualified save. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's players were relieved. Fábio Cartagena charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fábio Cartagena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fábio Cartagena to maneuver through the defense. Cordairo Torrente struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Xabel Beloki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parque Europa FC. 21 minutes into the match, Cordairo Torrente notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Xabel Beloki. Xabel Beloki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the game, Samuel Perez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Parque Europa FC the free kick. The goalkeeper, Xabel Beloki, was totally fooled by Parque Europa FC's Omar Vila, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 28th minute, Cordairo Torrente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cordairo Torrente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Xabel Beloki made a huge save. A collision led to Parque Europa FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Unai Teruel hit a great ball. When Parque Europa FC's Cordairo Torrente in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valery Cardeñosa during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Parque Europa FC got a freekick which was hit by Valery Cardeñosa. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Xabel Beloki came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Parque Europa FC's Cordairo Torrente. But to his dismay, Cordairo Torrente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The Parque Europa FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Parque Europa FC's Cordairo Torrente looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cordairo Torrente in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xabel Beloki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 80 minutes into the game, Cordairo Torrente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Xabel Beloki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Cordairo Torrente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xabel Beloki was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 84th match minute, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burni Zapico to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Samuel Perez in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Parque Europa FC's Rosario Flores. Valery Cardeñosa hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Valery Cardeñosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Parque Europa FC fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Parque Europa FC's Cordairo Torrente looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. For all the effort they put into the match, the ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Parque Europa FC.
