Iban Barrientos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Gabas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Igor Gabas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iban Barrientos. C.F PESTUZOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Gabas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. José Casas made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Xosepin Roca sent off a good shot on target. After 30 minutes, Poncio Barberá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salelles and the C.F PESTUZOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Salelles's Poncio Barberá got a free kick in the 30th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Igor Gabas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of C.F PESTUZOS's Iban Barrientos. Iban Barrientos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Salelles getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mario Armada hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeo Briso made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Salelles's zone, Amadeo Briso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Casas came out of the goal and Amadeo Briso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 56 played minutes Salelles got a freekick which was hit by Bermudo Canal. In the 62nd match minute, C.F PESTUZOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Serena to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Iratxo Saboya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poncio Barberá could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Iban Barrientos made a huge save. The supporters of C.F PESTUZOS booed when Salelles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Gabas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amadeo Briso took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Casas. José Casas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, C.F PESTUZOS's Ramond Losantos got a free kick in the 81st minute. José Casas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xosepin Roca, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. A collision led to C.F PESTUZOS getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ramond Losantos hit a great ball. A hard shot 90 in the game by Poncio Barberá from a close distance when the talented Iban Barrientos managed to make a qualified save. C.F PESTUZOS's players were relieved. 90 minutes into the game, Poncio Barberá lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated Iban Barrientos. In the 93rd minute, Iosu Cañadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Mario Armada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salelles's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Armada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iban Barrientos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Poncio Barberá came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iban Barrientos could save by the left post. The C.F PESTUZOS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Salelles's performance. The match ended with a win for Salelles.
