An unexpectedly hard shot by Foeke Wilminck in the 8th minute of play forced Nadzieja Speed Elblag's goalkeeper Teun Gierman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nadzieja Speed Elblag's Teun Gierman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Foeke Wilminck in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Nadzieja Speed Elblag getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Pim van Gaal hit a great ball. Teun Gierman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dimitrie Rolink. Foeke Wilminck did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Teun Gierman 25 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Foeke Wilminck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teun Gierman made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Marco Oosterman sent off a good shot on target. Foeke Wilminck who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Teun Gierman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pim van Gaal scored 1-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dick van der Stoel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Pim van Gaal made the kick off in the second half. Foeke Wilminck might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teun Gierman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Foeke Wilminck ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th match minute, Nadzieja Speed Elblag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Meppelink to maneuver through the defense. Foeke Wilminck struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Teun Gierman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fargo SC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Foeke Wilminck in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teun Gierman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Marco Oosterman made a precise shot to the right of Teun Gierman. Nadzieja Speed Elblag's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Foeke Wilminck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Foeke Wilminck in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teun Gierman saved Nadzieja Speed Elblag from getting behind. Matthijs Heinen kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Foeke Wilminck hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Dick van der Stoel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matthijs Heinen went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Foeke Wilminck in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teun Gierman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, Nadzieja Speed Elblag's goal looked a bit too open when Foeke Wilminck came free, but Teun Gierman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Marco Oosterman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fargo SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Oosterman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teun Gierman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, Fargo SC's Foeke Wilminck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teun Gierman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edwin Nedergaard hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Dick van der Stoel made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Matthijs Heinen sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that Fargo SC were the better team. Fargo SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
