Spectators: 193 (Terracing: 146, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sipke Oosting started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, AC Pitt Bier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaas Rijkaard to maneuver through the defense. When Edgard de Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Winthont FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard de Freitas couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Floris Talsma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winthont FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Twan Lute had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Pitt Bier's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Floris Talsma 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Carlo Vonk hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Talsma to maneuver through the defense. Fokke Veenhuis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Wijngaart in the 24th minute of play. Winthont FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after AC Pitt Bier's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgard de Freitas took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Edgard de Freitas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fokke Veenhuis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 31 minutes into the game, Benjamin Bender was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winthont FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Pitt Bier the free kick. Benjamin Bender hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Lucas Uebels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Twan Lute in the 33rd minute of play. When Edgard de Freitas fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Winthont FC's protests and gave Edgard de Freitas a yellow card for diving instead. Edgard de Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Johan Segundo scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Uebels, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st play minute Floris Talsma came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fokke Veenhuis. 3-1. Winthont FC's Lucas Uebels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Twan Lute in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Fokke Veenhuis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sipke Oosting in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, AC Pitt Bier's Johan Segundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Uebels made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 57th minute, Roger Wijngaart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Twan Lute came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the AC Pitt Bier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Twan Lute couldn't finish the play. If Pascall de Vries had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucas Uebels stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Twan Lute's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The AC Pitt Bier fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when AC Pitt Bier's Twan Lute looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 84th minute, Niels Schirring left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winthont FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Fokke Veenhuis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Hendriks in the 87th minute of the match. Twan Lute might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Uebels. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Twan Lute ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sipke Oosting in the 93rd minute of play forced AC Pitt Bier's goalkeeper Fokke Veenhuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
