Despite this Arne Tellingen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 7 minutes into the match, The Dalwhinnie Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Janus came free, but Arne Tellingen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Tellingen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Deinse in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Alex Deinse made a precise shot to the right of Arne Tellingen. The Dalwhinnie Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Decathlon Dudes's Gerrit Kemper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izaak Pierewaaijer in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Deinse in the 18th minute of play forced The Dalwhinnie Boys's goalkeeper Arne Tellingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes, Henk Ploeger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Dalwhinnie Boys and the Decathlon Dudes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wesley van Rhijn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Arne Tellingen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Janus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Dalwhinnie Boys were furious when Rein Pilage was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 94 played minutes The Dalwhinnie Boys got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Lodewijks. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Borgman got free with Arne Tellingen in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
