Thiago Matorin started the match with the kick off. Célio Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Célio Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Mattos in the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Celso Montenegro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Błαck Bułłs MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guará FC the free kick. Celso Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Célio Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusébio Mattos's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Eusébio Mattos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Pirani in the 21st minute of play forced Błαck Bułłs MZ's goalkeeper Augusto Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Guará FC got a corner. Błαck Bułłs MZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfredinho Alvarenga ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Alfredinho Alvarenga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Augusto Pereira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Célio Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Mattos in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guará FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wanderson Figueiredo was slow to take the kick. During this time Błαck Bułłs MZ's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Błαck Bułłs MZ's Wanderson Figueiredo to fire away a dangerous shot which Célio Mendonça despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eusébio Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Célio Mendonça having to interfere. Célio Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Mattos in the 35th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Eusébio Mattos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guará FC's Célio Mendonça was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Mattos came free, but Célio Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Célio Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Błαck Bułłs MZ. Célio Mendonça came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Błαck Bułłs MZ's Eusébio Mattos. But to his dismay, Eusébio Mattos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

54 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano de Toledo came free, but Célio Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Guará FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Luís Fabiano Netto hit a great ball. Eusébio Mattoss short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Célio Mendonça to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adriano de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Célio Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Guará FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Alfredinho Alvarenga hit a great ball. Eusébio Mattos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Célio Mendonça when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Francisco Castro came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Błαck Bułłs MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Castro couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Guará FC booed when Błαck Bułłs MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Massa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Mattos came free, but Célio Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusébio Mattos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Célio Mendonça skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Montenegro got free with Célio Mendonça in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristóvão Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristóvão Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Błαck Bułłs MZ's Cristóvão Seco got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 89th match minute, Błαck Bułłs MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Seco to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Mattos in the 95th minute of play forced Guará FC's goalkeeper Célio Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiaguinho Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
