A hard shot by Waldir Mello from long distance, 25 minutes into the match, got Ronaldão Lucas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Oscar Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléber Quirino in the 28th minute of play. Zézinho da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Hermínio Falcão's late challenge caught a Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
