Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Floresta Negra FC's Oséas Leme started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frank Paraibano was a little too slow when Augusto Bueno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. André Luiz Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Amorim in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Kléber de Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of André Luiz Koehler. Nitra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kléber de Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Nitra FC's André Luiz Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Amorim in the 14th minute of play. Frank Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Arantes in the 17th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Floresta Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico das Neves to maneuver through the defense. Frank Paraibano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodrigo Arantes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 19 minute of play. André Luiz Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséas Leme in the 22nd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Nitra FC got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Tande. Gabriel Freire made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nitra FC's Gugu Tande. Frank Paraibano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Bueno in the 30th minute. Nitra FC's André Luiz Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber de Senna in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Gabriel Freire threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nitra FC's Aílton Faria quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 43rd minute, Kléber de Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luiz Koehler was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Arantes was the one to do the kick off. Nitra FC's André Luiz Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséas Leme in the 55th minute of play. Nico das Neves's late challenge caught a Nitra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nico das Neves helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes Floresta Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Nico das Neves. Norberto Madureira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but André Luiz Koehler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Floresta Negra FC's Oséas Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Nitra FC's goalkeeper André Luiz Koehler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Amorim. In the 70th minute Oséas Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luiz Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Floresta Negra FC's Lucas Amorim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind André Luiz Koehler. André Luiz Koehler yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. 79 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Bueno came free, but Frank Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nitra FC's Pedro Augusto Barral got a free kick in the 80th minute. André Luiz Koehler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oséas Leme's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Kléber de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. André Luiz Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Arantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oséas Leme struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. André Luiz Koehler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Floresta Negra FC. Nico das Neves hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes Nitra FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Fontes. Gabriel Freire, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
